Slinky and see-through, this dress highlights the neck and shoulders using strategic design elements. The neckline is a straight, off-the-shoulder affair that bunches around the chest, drawing attention to that area. The sleeves are dramatically long - effectively hiding arm and hand - and the skirt hem, too, falls well past the feet to pool on the floor.
