I definitely would’ve sized up to a 3x (I ordered a XXL) only because my chest is big and dress rode up a little.
I typically wear a 16-18 & I’m 5’4”. I would’ve liked a little more breathing room but it’s still very nice.

This dress is soft. I'm about 5'8" and it actually goes down to the floor, so it is long which I LOVE. It definitely hugs your body, it shows off my curves and stomach rolls, so if that bothers you don't order it. Overall I'm super happy with it and can't wait to wear it out!
