I purchased the Abel button up top and the Abel shorts expecting them to work as a matching set, but they are not a true set. The top is a noticeably different colour to the shorts. I would recommend each item as a standalone piece, but not if you’re looking for a coordinated matching denim set.

I sized up in the top as recommended with other denim pieces. This was not necessary as this style is more a true to fit cut. It wasn’t a problem though, as the style also lends itself to the slightly oversized look and still allows for comfort and easy pairing.
