Our EOFY Awards Night is always a moment - but this year? She was the moment. MESHKIfam showed up and showed out in full force, trading spreadsheets for sequins and KPIs for cocktails. It was a night to honour the work, the wins, the behind-the-scenes hustle, and the people who make this place what it is: bold, brilliant, and full of heart.
We transformed Matteo’s Downtown into a vintage Hollywood dream, and everyone looked unreal, we expected nothing less tbh. Prosecco clinked over burrata and spicy vodka rigatoni, custom poker chips and branded matches made their rounds. You could feel how far we’ve come this year. You could feel that this wasn’t just another party; it was a thank you. A celebration. A giant exhale.
But beyond the aesthetics (which were giving Oscars afterparty), this night was about our people. Our awards covered everything from heart-driven values to hilarious office icons - and every name called was met with an eruption of claps, cheers, and maybe a few happy tears.
We had our Value Awards, celebrating the essence of who we are - from “Make the World a Better Place” to “Work Together as One Team”. Our Culture Standard Awards reminded us that growth, kindness, courage, and community aren’t just buzzwords; they’re how we show up, every day. And of course, we celebrated the projects that shaped FY25, from our dreamy events and activations to world-class teams and game-changing launches.
And then there were the fun awards. Because at MESHKI, we don’t just deliver - we dance, we snack, we slay. Naturally, your girl walked away with The Life of the Party Award, for reasons that need no explanation. The claps were loud, the speeches were emotional, and the winners? Iconic. Trophies now proudly decorate desks and hang in offices, as they should!
But honestly? Every award told a story. Of someone who gave their all. Who made magic quietly. Who hyped others up, pushed boundaries, and made MESHKI better. It was a beautiful reminder that behind every campaign, every packed order, every perfectly steamed piece of clothing is a person giving their absolute best.
And somewhere between the candlelight, the speeches, the tiramisu, and a few... overly enthusiastic dance floor moments, something clicked: we don’t just work together. We are together. One big, wildly different, beautifully aligned team.
If FY25 was a movie (and let’s be real, it was), this night was the credits scene. The kind that gives you goosebumps, makes you laugh and reminds you why you loved the whole thing in the first place.
