In Full Bloom: A Lunch to Celebrate the Art of Becoming

Bringing together powerful women, the launch of MESHKI's Fleur Collection, and a fragrance designed to command the room.

It’s one thing to be asked to host an event - but to be asked by a brand you genuinely love and adore is a real pinch-me moment.

On Friday the 30th of January, I had the absolute honour of hosting an intimate lunch with MESHKI to celebrate the launch of their Fleur Collection - a collection inspired by growth, romance and the beauty of becoming.

Last year, I launched Sage’s Rose in collaboration with my brother Troye and his fragrance brand, TSU LANGE YOR. The scent is a spectral bloom - sweet, resonant, and magnetic. It’s one of those fragrances that commands a room and makes you feel like the main character the moment you walk in.

So when MESHKI reached out to me to host this lunch, the synergy felt almost too perfect to be real.

As we brought together a true powerhouse of women (and my younger brother Tyde), I wanted the energy of both the Fleur Collection and Sage’s Rose to be felt. I wanted guests to walk into the room feeling like they were the main characters - confident, grounded, and ready to command the space.

Brand events can be intimidating. As content creators, we spend so much time alone - in our homes, behind our phones, creating. When we do step into events filled with other creators we may have only seen online, it can feel nerve-racking, especially for those who are more introverted.

But I also think that’s part of the beauty of this job. It pushes you beyond your comfort zone and opens the door to new connections - people who understand your world, and who often become friends.

To be able to host a lunch that brought together women with shared careers, but who had never met in an intimate setting, was truly special. And I hope that the Fleur Collection and Sage’s Rose gave everyone (Tyde included) the confidence to walk into any room feeling powerful - ready to blossom, and ready to be seen.
