Sweetheart Satin Maxi Dress - Soft Pink

Bought this for my daughter to wear to her ball. Not being a fan of dresses she wanted a black slip dress. It is lovely - fully lined so doesn't look/feel like you are wearing a nightie like some dresses do. She would normally be a size 10/M as doesn't like to wear things tight but based on reviews we sized down to an 8/S and it was perfect. Its too long (shes only 5ft 3) but can easily get taken up. Her measurements are Waist 71cm, Hips 93cm, Bust 88cm. Won't need to wear a bra it seems to hold the bust ok.

If you have a chest, you definitely need to size up in this dress. I am a C cup and usually a M in tops & M/L in Bottoms. I ordered the dress in a Size L to be safe, and it's the perfect amount of loose on the body but tight in the bust area. I am curvy with a chest (not that big to be fair), and unfortunately, this dress does not really accommodate that body type, it seems... I submitted a return/exchange right after trying it on. For this price, I would hope that the sizing was consistent. This is the second dress I have to send back because of this. I have been considering sizing up, because I need it soon for a wedding, and I will probably have to tailor the dress.

This was too long for my bridesmaid who is not short by any means.

I was a bit disappointed with the experience buying bridesmaids dresses from Meshki as all of my bridesmaids had to get them altered as they were way too long.

I will be maid of honer and the color will be light blue. Tbh not my favourite color, I was a bit afraid of trying it out and feeling like the color did not match my skin tome… But this blue… It is so beautiful! Not the typical light blue, but with a greyish under tone that makes it so much more elegant. The fit is also amazing (only lengthwise needs some adjustment) and the material quality really good. I cannot recommend more this dress, so classy and timeless.

The Lilly Sweetheart is absolute liquid silk. I bought this in Frosted Blue for my graduation, and the color is even more serene in person while this stunning cool-toned glow that feels so high-end.
