The scalloped waist with the gold buttons on this is chef's kiss. It doesn't have any stretch so keep that in mind when selecting a size. For reference: I have broad shoulders and lats, with a small waist, and small ******* so I sized up from my usual S to an M. The fit on the arms, and waist was good but it felt restrictive on the chest when I wanted to open my arms or raise them up, unbuttoning the top two buttons brought comfort.
