Skirt quality is super great--the material is thick and is not flimsy. Regarding sizing, I'm typically between sizes (US 8-10) and opted to buy an XL per the sizing chart recommendations; however, found that the skirt was a bit too large for my waist. Next time, I'll be trying a Large!
