    Stunning Lagoon Blue Formal Dress

    This is a beautiful dress in terms of color and design. I personally wore the band part around my neck (kind of like a scarf) instead of shoulders and got a lot of compliments. The one thing to consider is that, depending on how tight the dress is on you, your underwear lines may show. The dress has a high slit on the left side, so undershorts/spanx may not work if you don't want them to be visible (just something to think about). I'm 5'4" and wore the XS with 3.5" heels and didn't have a problem with the dress length.
