    beautiful dress but

    this dress is absolutely beautiful and was a dream for my bridal shower. unfortunately if you have a big chest this dress won’t cut it. i ordered 2 sizes and each of them were the exact same other than the waste being a few inches bigger. another downfall is the straps are so delicate and flimsy that they feel as if they’re going to snap. as much as i wanted to keep this dress it just isn’t size inclusive.

    Beautiful concept and fabric, horribly made.

    This was my dream dress because of how beautiful the fabric is. The design of the asymmetrical skirt is so beautiful and flowy. I ordered this for my wedding rehearsal dinner but when I tried it on, it was very ill-fitting and pulling in some really weird places. I thought it was just my body type it didn't work for as this dress is probably overall better for people with longer torsos. When I took it to my seamstress she said the production of the inside and outside layers of the dress were completely misaligned which is why it looked totally off. She is now helping me completely transform the dress to fit better. Unfortunately, the remake and alterations will cost just as much as the dress. I pretty much just paid to receive the fabric from Meshki! This was very cheaply made and I'm disappointed in Meshki's quality as of late.
