Bought this dress for vacation and it’s perfect. I am 5’4” and 130lbs. Length is great because I was wanting to wear it with flip flops. I bought a medium because I wanted to to be flowy. It’s definitely flowy I probably could have done a small if I wanted it to fit closer to my body and probably better in the boobs. Only complaint is the material wrinkles very easy.
