I am 5’2.5 and weigh 135lbs. I bought this for a maternity photoshoot in a medium. This was quite large. I had to tie the shoulder straps in the back to make it look form fitting because I was too lazy to exchange it. The fabric is a little scratchy. However, the dress is cute and the quality is quite nice. I would suggest sizing down.
